All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and incl. 25 % VAT, where nothing else is mentioned.
Sales in general
The stated price at the time of ordering is the applicable ordering price. Pick-up goods are invoiced at the current price at the time of ordering, and the price does NOT change either in the event of a price drop or increase.
If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)
You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to email@example.com In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the item from the time of the item's delivery.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, color or other item, Toelthester ApS will be happy to send you a new item. Freight for other shipments is paid by the customer.
Returned goods that do not contain errors
When the customer returns defective or incorrect goods to Toelthester ApS, where a fault or defect, defined and specified by the customer, is not found, it will be returned.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal: Delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch, including saddles that have been ordered to your home as a customer according to your instructions.
The condition of the item when you send it back
- You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.
- If you have taken the item into use, you must expect us to offset the estimated decrease in value with the refund, the decrease in value is assessed from time to time. Products such as saddles and blankets are put into use when they are placed on the horse.
Refund of the purchase amount
- If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.
- We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

If there is something wrong with the product (right of complaint)
The provisions of the Sales Act on defects can be applied to the purchase of goods.
When you shop at www.vengedalen.dk you of course have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
How soon should I advertise?
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable = Post Danmark's list prices) shipping costs.
