\nAll prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and incl. 25 % VAT, where nothing else is mentioned.<\/p>\n

Sales in general<\/strong>
\nThe stated price at the time of ordering is the applicable ordering price. Pick-up goods are invoiced at the current price at the time of ordering, and the price does NOT change either in the event of a price drop or increase.<\/p>\n

Reservations
\n<\/strong>Reservations are made for printing\/typing errors as well as discontinued items and deviations from the written or displayed image.<\/p>\n

Delivery time
\n<\/strong>Your goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is received by T\u00f8lthester ApS. For special campaign offers such as spring market and Black Friday offers, there may be a delivery time of up to 14 days. Should the item be sold out, there may be a waiting time, and we apologize for that. You will be contacted if this is the case. When the item is shipped, we will send you an email. As soon as the item has been shipped, we will debit the amount from your account.<\/p>\n

Shipments<\/strong>
\nWhen you order goods from T\u00f8lthester ApS, you can have your package delivered to your nearest PostNord parcel shop or with PostNord private delivery to your address.
\nYou choose the shipping method yourself at check out.<\/p>\n

Shipping prices
\n<\/strong>In Denmark: for purchases over DKK 499, shipping is free \u2013 all other shipments cost:
\n40 kr to PostNord parcel shop
\nDKK 70.00 with PostNord delivery to private individuals<\/p>\n

Shipping to EU countries costs \u20ac9.45, no matter how much the order is.
\nShipping outside the EU, call or write to T\u00f8lthester ApS and get a price.<\/p>\n

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)<\/strong>
\nYou have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.
\nThe cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
\nYou must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to\u00a0jesper@vengedalen.dk<\/a> In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
\nYou cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.<\/p>\n

Return<\/strong>
\nYou must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the item from the time of the item's delivery.
\nIf you wish to exchange for a different size, color or other product, T\u00f8lthester ApS will be happy to send you a new product. Shipping for the second shipment is paid by the customer.<\/p>\n

Returned goods that do not contain errors<\/strong>
\nWhen the customer returns defective or incorrect goods to T\u00f8lthester ApS, where an error or defect, defined and stated by the customer, is not found, the goods will be returned.<\/p>\n

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal<\/strong>
\nThe following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal: Delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch, including saddles that have been ordered to your home as a customer according to your instructions.<\/p>\n
